Stack Tiers

Stack Tiers come in many Sizes and Styles. What they all have in common is that they come as individual shelves with a separate top and base. You can make them any height. You can start out with 5 high and then change your mind, remove the top and make them 8 high. I installed stack tiers in Doheny Eye Clinic at USC Medical Center that were 8 high. They ran out of space in 6 months and we returned to make them 11 high. Of course they had the ceiling height to allow this and they had to purchase rolling stairs to access the top three tiers. But at the cost of floor space it was an inexpensive solution.

JETER Stax

Made from 18 guage steel. Patented C-shaped dividers welded to the back and bottom of the tier provide maximum strength. The shelves stack upon one another. The dividers from the tier below touch the tier above and function to provide additional shelf support. The heavier the weight applied the more secure and stable the unit becomes. Jeter has steel interconnecting at the back of the tiers. The rest of the tier is connected to the base, the tier below, and the top with expansion rivets. Jeter's superior tooling ensures consistent dimensions. These units are exactly square with the same dimensions every time. Jeter uses triangular welded corner reinforcements for strenth and stability. This is especially important when the stax tiers are part of a mobile system.

Either a 2" or 4" base is available. A retractable work shelf in available. There is a spacer shelf to make units, adjacent to those with work shelves, the same height.

Standard Colors for stax tiers: Beige (putty), Light Grey, and Oatmeal .

Ring Binder Stax Tiers are available in 24", 36", and 48" wide, 12.67" tall, and 12.16" deep. The base is either 2" or 4".
